Cask No 9552 – Refill Hogshead

Nose – Opens fresh and fragrant carrying a honeyed quality, developing to sweet grist plus light oak.
Palate – More honey on the sweet palate and vanilla fudge, camphor and an attractive citric style
Finish – Still fresh, now gently spiced – with more camphor and fudge
