Matured in refill-bourbon casks specially selected from the distillery’s own stocks by its Master Blender, the whisky has a velvety palate with toffee notes and a vanilla sweetness combined with the unmistakeable fruitiness of ripe pineapples.

Two bottles were taken on the journey, one to savour during the trip, and another which will be auctioned off later to raise more money for the charity.
Glenfiddich are donating all the profits from these bottles to Walking with the Wounded.
Originally a ‘Race’ to the South Pole, the teams joined together due to the weather, they reached the South Pole on the 13th December.
